I asked him to look after my brother's exercise pln as he was new and desperately wanted to gain muscles but struggling. Mr. Khan understood the situation and planned his exercise routine and also guided him with his fitness. Highly recommended!

Have been training for the last 2 years and going strong. With the help of Mr. Abdullah Khan, have been able to correct my back problems, that even doctors couldn’t help with. Have trained with other trainers in the past, but due to their limited knowledge my back kept causing problems. Now, I know I’m working with a knowledgeable trainer, who’s passionate about his clients and also about constantly upgrading his own knowledge on fitness.

I am training under his guidance for about 6 months now and I can say that the way he works is what I haven't noticed in any other trainer. The way he first analyse your fitness first and then create a personalized plan for you is amazing. He pushes you enough so you get your work done but not too much that you start feeling suffocated.
