Have been training for the last 2 years and going strong. With the help of Mr. Abdullah Khan, have been able to correct my back problems, that even doctors couldn’t help with. He took the time to understand my problem—I’ve been dealing with backache—and planned my workouts carefully around it. The exercises were well thought out, safe, and effective. I have been since last 3 years with him..he trained as if I am his friend and he never made me feel like a client ...responds politely and give solution to my problems after thinking so much about It ...I achieved my goals and still working to get better at my fitness ...very satisfied!!
